Diamond Consulting is a pro-bono strategy consulting organization operated by Irvington DECA. With the goal of giving back to the community, teams of student consultants work diligently to improve the growth and profitability of local businesses. Diamond consultants perform various tasks for different businesses depending on the specific needs, including social media expansion, market analysis, website development, financial modeling, and more. We convey three main components to each project: energetic cooperation, tenable goals, and reasonable outcomes.
